So, after you've got your own agreement, can you get reimbursement for the expenses you have already spent? You can. If your insurance doesn't pay for those expenses, the government will. The government has its own form, so you may want to give that a try. Can any of my personal information be made public? Your personal information may never be shared without your explicit consent.
